Meeting of the Minister of Community Development and Developers of Uzhgorod

On March 30, during a working trip to the Zakarpattia region, the Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine Oleksiy Chernyshov met with representatives of construction companies in the region, local authorities and people's deputies. It is very nice that one of our best residential complexes - Park Land - was chosen as a meeting place. After all, our company did not stop working for a single day. We understand that business plays a very important role in the current situation.

The Minister listened to all the wishes and suggestions of developers on how the state can promote this area now. After all, many people have now moved to Uzhhorod and Transcarpathia in general - and want to stay here for a longer period. These people must have a choice in dealing with housing. The government has already taken a number of decisions aimed at deregulating the urban planning sphere.

Our construction company Gazda will try to keep the chosen pace and not lower the high standards of construction that we declare. We also took into account the fact that it will be difficult for people who are currently looking for an apartment to organize and control the repairs on their own. Therefore, one of the areas now Gazda Construction Company has chosen to carry out author's repairs and sale of ready-to-move-in housing. Everything will be Ukraine!
