This mortgage program allows Ukrainians to purchase housing at a fixed rate of 3–7% per annum for a term of 24 to 240 months.
The maximum living area that can be purchased is 52.5 m² per person, plus an additional 21 m² per family member. Under the program in our complex, you can buy an apartment or property rights to an apartment in a constructed building.
Preferred mortgages at 3% can be obtained by:
• Military personnel, law enforcement officers, and their families;
• Medical professionals;
• Educators;
• Scientific workers.
An EOshcha mortgage at 7% per annum can be obtained by:
• Veterans and their family members;
• Participants in hostilities;
• Individuals with disabilities due to war;
• Families of deceased veterans/defenders of Ukraine;
• Ukrainians who do not own housing or whose ownership is less than 52.5 m².
