At the construction stage, we strive to maximize the features of your living space. That's why the cost per square meter already includes numerous technologies:

• All our residences are built using monolithic-frame technology, allowing them to withstand earthquakes of up to 7 on the Richter scale, despite the local terrain specificity;
• The thickness of the inter-room walls in our buildings is 38 cm. For their construction, we use Rockwool mineral wool (5 cm), red hollow bricks (25 cm), and ceramic blocks (8 cm), providing excellent sound insulation in all rooms;
• According to your individual projects, our team performs an distribution of electrical and plumbing points throughout the living space. The power capacity for apartments is 11 kW - 1 phase, and for townhouses, it is 21 kW - 3 phases;
• A warm water underfloor heating system is installed throughout the living space, regulated by an individual thermostat;
• Each residence is equipped with an electric boiler and a boiler with a warranty. For apartments, there is a 6 kW Bosch boiler, and for townhouses, an 11 kW Bosch boiler.

Additionally, every unit features a video intercom with Face ID, and the residential complex area is under 24/7 security. A smart surveillance system with 360° cameras and access through special access cards is in place. Continuous video surveillance and access via access cards are also available in the entrances, which, along with everything else, are equipped with heated floors.
