In addition to the developed infrastructure of the New District where the residential complex is located, there is also well-thought-out internal infrastructure: commercial premises on the ground floor, recreation areas, and an inner courtyard park. The commercial premises here include cafes and restaurants, beauty salons and barbershops, a gymnastics studio for both children and adults, and much more.

Walking paths and recreational areas are provided throughout the complex. There are plenty of green spaces tended by our gardeners so that you can enjoy harmony with nature.
For children of all ages, there are two large playgrounds, an amphitheater, and even a trampoline! You can engage in outdoor sports in the special TRX zone, which will become a favorite for the whole family. There is also a zone for training pets, where you can exercise them every day!
