UBC by GAZDA has officially opened its doors to the city’s business community. The grand opening of the business center took place in the format of an evening event featuring a rich program, a gourmet reception, and live performances. The main goal of the event was to present UBC as a modern business hub where functionality, style, and inspiration come together.

Guests were welcomed in the courtyard with a festive atmosphere: music, art installations, a sensory bar, molecular welcome drinks, and stylish photo zones. Throughout the evening, attendees had the opportunity to explore UBC’s spaces and walk through its floors, where art, music, and technology blended into a unique experience. A violin performance on the top floor, a painter capturing mountain landscapes, and interactive installations all emphasized the central idea: UBC is a space for scaling both personality and business.

The official part of the evening opened with a presentation of the business center, during which the GAZDA team shared the project’s philosophy and its vision for future development.

The highlight of the evening was a performance by well-known Ukrainian comedian Roman Shcherban, a member of the group Levy na Dzipi. His stand-up comedy added lightness and humor, creating a relaxed atmosphere for networking and conversation.

The reception, supported by partners treated guests to exquisite dishes, while the chocolate fountain became a bright accent of the night.
UBC was officially presented as a new center of business life in the city — a place where work goes beyond office walls and transforms into an inspiring experience.

“UBC is more than just a business center. It is a space for the growth of companies, new connections, and ideas that will shape the future of our city,” noted the team at GAZDA.
The evening concluded in a relaxed networking atmosphere: guests exchanged impressions, built new partnerships, and discovered the opportunities that UBC has to offer.
