These were just a few of the questions explored by the participants of “The Future We Build” — a career orientation tour organized by the GAZDA team for students of Main Point Academy at the SHERWOOD residential complex in Uzhhorod.
The event brought together curious minds aged 13–16 who showed a genuine interest in architecture, construction, and urban development. They had the rare chance to see the development process from the inside — not as a theory, but as a vibrant, evolving system.
The day was opened by Marianna Bihunets, GAZDA’s Head of Sales, who shared the company’s philosophy and its vision of a modern city:
«Architecture is about building as a whole. If you want to design what truly meets people’s needs today, you must keep growing and evolving."

The program was dynamic and engaging:

The final task was a true highlight: students presented their group projects — original concepts for residential neighborhoods, complete with infrastructure, zoning, architectural styles, and even environmental considerations. It was clear that they weren’t just listening — they were immersed, engaged, and creating together.

Beyond new knowledge, every participant left with something more — inspiration. We saw bright eyes filled with curiosity, heard meaningful questions, and felt a genuine passion taking root. It’s moments like this that show: the next generation shaping the future of Ukraine is already here.

At the end — a group photo in front of the SHERWOOD office and gift boxes in hand. Smiles said it all: the day was a success.

GAZDA’s mission goes far beyond building apartments — we strive to shape spaces for life and growth. And this event is a perfect example of how a developer can influence not only the architectural, but also the human future.
"Sherwood is a living value system", as one of the team members said during the tour. And this system keeps growing — built not only with concrete, but with trust, transparency, and connection.
